Summer Bucket List

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is most likely my last summer in the DMV. I have lived here my entire life (with an occasional summer here or year there), but for the most part Northern Virginia has been my home. With all the great things coming up though, most likely I will be moving in the fall and then to New York after that (August 2022), but one thing is for sure, I will no longer be a Virginia resident.

With that in mind, I wanted to make this summer not feel too stressful. With moving (a couple times), my job making me go back in the office and working, not one, but three side jobs it can be overwhelming and before I know it the summer can disappear like that *snaps finger.* I have decided to give myself time to enjoy my summer, relax by the pool, take all the vacations and even make a little mini DC Bucket List.

Some of these are DIY's, some are self-reflection activities, some are personal and some are just things I want to do before I move. Either way, this is my fun and totally ~attainable~ bucket list for the summer of 2021!

1. Make beaded phone charms + bracelets ✅

2. Re-create dog TikToks with Oliver  ✅

3. Tiny canvas painting with Albus ✅

4. 30-day photoshoot challenge 

5. DIY jeans + jean jacket

6. Re-create at-home dog treat recipes  ✅

7. Get a tattoo ✅

8. Buy a bubble machine + non-toxic bubbles for dogs ✅

9. Start therapy

9. Paint my own canvas artwork

10. Try at least 5 new restaurants |||

11. Finish the Gossip Girl book series

12. Read 5 new books (not including GG series) ✅

13. Go to Selfie World in Tysons Corner ✅

15. Save $10,000+  ✅

16. Volunteer at animal shelter  ✅
