We don't do this enough. We don't share things that we like about ourselves or are proud of. Instead we make new goals and focus on things we want to "improve" on, but when do actually sit back and appreciate small details about ourselves we radiate with confidence and positivity. I'm changing things up this time, and this may seem vain to some, but to others I hope it's an inspiration. Make a list about what you like about yourself and keep that positive attitude while you tackle your day.
1. My confidence–I'm not egotistical and I do have some insecurities, but it takes a lot to get under my skin
2. My height–I love being a shorty
3. Humor–I'm very sarcastic funny
4. Creativity–I have a keen eye for design
5. My love for animals–Most people make fun of me, but I have such a heart for animals, even the weird looking ones
6. My style–I wish I had money to show off just how good my fashion taste is, but I do what I can
7. Family values–I am very close to my family, cousins and all, and I love just how big my family is
8. Vegetarian–13 years and counting
9. Soccer history–I'm not where near the soccer star I used to be, but I love the fact that I played keeper (even though I'm 4'11) and looking back on my soccer history always puts a smile on my face
10. My passion–When I'm passionate about something, I'm really passionate about it
11. Ethnicity–I take such pride in my Greek and Irish roots
12. Travel–Everything about traveling makes me happy, the process, the planning, the destination...love it
13. Photography–I'm not a professional, but I love taking photos
14. Birthdays–My birthday, my dog's birthday, my friends birthdays.. I love birthdays
15. The holidays–I go above and beyond for the holiday season
16. My writing–Aside from this blog, I have always had a knack for writing
17. My eyes–My eyes change colors and are a mix of green and hazel, I love them
18. My smile–7 years of braces will do that for you
19. Not needing to wear makeup–Not that I have flawless skin or anything, but I can leave the house without any makeup on and not feel self-conscious
20. My work ethic–Something most people don't know about me is that I've been working since I was 14 years old, I have very, very good work ethic
21. Audrey Hepburn–My favorite movie is "Breakfast at Tiffany's," so when I found out that Audrey Hepburn is a cousin of mine I about died
22. Being a good friend–I take pride in this one because I would drop anything and everything (and I have) when a friend needs me
23. Perseverance–Something I didn't even realize I had, but my mom always tells me how much she loves that I have perserverance and can adapt to almost any situation
24. My hair–Even though I don't even style is 80% of the time, I have naturally really nice hair
25. 90's gal–I love that I grew up in the 90's and early 2000's, there's nothing else like it
26. My last name–Katsaris is a bad ass last name and I'll never part from it
27. My first name–My name is Michele, with one "L" and I'm named after my grandma. My name is very special to me and I love that it's just unique enough to where I'll never find my name on a keychain and that's okay
