My dog turned 3, which means he turned 21 in dog years! I'm a crazy dog mom, I know this, but when your dog has the same birthday as you- you go all out for him. Which means I threw him the best 21st birthday party a pup could ask for. Complete with balloons, alcohol-bottle inspired plush dog toys and puppy cupcakes!
