Now that I'm a homeowner (still so weird to say out loud) I wanted to share some of the latest home decor trends that I have been loving. Of course, this isn't going to be our forever home so I'm not going to be purchasing anything or decorating this way (well—maybe a little we'll see 😉). Anyways, here are some trends, vibes, and pieces I've found that I really like!

It’s my absolute favorite time of the year again…spooky season 👻! And it’s been so hard not to buy any cute Halloween home decor given the fact that all of my decor is boxed up in storage as it awaits its new home in Orlando. That doesn't mean I can’t window shop though!

I swear I'm an adult. Well, I'm adulting. I'm adult-ish. Whatever, I like what I like and what I like is Disney and home decor. You put those two together and I am probably buying it even though it doesn't go with my decor. Regardless of the reason, I wanted to share some pieces from Disney that I have simply been obsessed with lately and I may or may not have purchased for myself the past couple months. Surprise! Okay, well it's not a surprise. If you know how apartment leases work then you could figure out that our year and some change was coming up here at our McLean apartment. When we got our renewal letter our jaws dropped to the floor. We love our high-rise apartment, but it's not really the price it's worth now, let alone the price increase it jumped to. So, we're moving...again!

I don't want to get too into it right now, but we are going to be moving a few times within the next year. Updates will come, but for now we're headed back home (yup, slumming it back at our parents' homes) for a couple months to save up some money and plan out our next big move.
