Gals On The Go // This weekly podcast, hosted by YouTubers Danielle Carolan and Brooke Miccio is the first podcast I really got into. These two girls are my favorite YouTubers so following them on another platform is a bonus to me. They are a great duo and bounce off of each other really well and are very inspiring when it comes to school, work, productivity and everything in between.
The Lady Gang // Holy crap. The best podcast out there. This podcast is relatable, funny and so easy to follow along with. I have been binge listening to this podcast the past few months and I'm happy I found it later because that just means I can binge listen more often. The Lady Gang also has a tv show on E so make sure to check it out because it's just as funny watching as it is listening.
The Kane Show // I have always loved The Kane Show, but I only like certain sections of it. The three segments that I like War of the Roses, John's Justice and Ghosted. Now, you can say these are all fake/not real.. I don't care. It's like reality tv but on the radio. It's entertaining and sometimes I don't want to listen to inspirational things.. I want to be entertained. I also think Intern John is literally the funniest person on the show and anything he's apart of I want to listen to.
Directionally Challenged // So, this podcast includes two actresses from one of my favorite shows which is why I started listening to it in the first place. Candice King and Kayla Ewell discuss life in their 30's and how they thought they'd have it all figured out, but they definitely don't. As I mentioned earlier I'm closer to my 30's so it's comforting to hear their stories because if a celebrity is feeling this way, it's totally normal if I feel this way too.
Thick & Thin // Katy Bellote is a YouTuber and she's so chic and I love her videos and graphic design skills, but the only part of this podcast I don't love is that it's solo. I really like podcast that have more than one person on them because it can get kind of stale (in my honest opinion). Doesn't make me love her any less, it's just I prefer to watch her videos versus her podcast. But, she is my age, she's actually from the DMV and she's living my dream in New York City right now.
Scheananigans // Scheana Shay is a reality tv star from Vanderpump Rules and like I said, sometimes I just need entertainment versus something motivational. I listen to her podcast when she interviews someone cool, but her posting schedule isn't consistent so it's hard to keep up with her podcast sometimes.
ILYSM // Another one of my favorite YouTubers, Kenzie Elizabeth, has her own podcast. Even though she's super inspirational and speaks very well, I don't have as much in common with her as I do some of the other YouTubers. Doesn't mean it's not good.. just means I don't listen to every episode that is released. If you're a college student and need to listen to a motivational podcast then Kenzie is your girl.
Straight Up With Stassi // Another Vanderpump Rules star, Stassi Schroeder. This honestly goes hand in hand with Scheana's podcast.. it's entertaining and I like the guest interviews sometimes. It's just not something I follow religiously. Which is fine because sometimes I'll forget about these two podcast and when I remember about them I can binge listen to recent episodes that I might have missed.
In The Field // This podcast was actually created by an old high school friend of mine. I love to support people's creative projects especially someone I practically grew up with. So proud of my friend Byrd and his friends for starting this project. Someone has to cheer on the Redskins and they do it well! Give "In the Field" a listen if you're a NFL fan and follow them on Twitter @InTheField_DC.
Those are my #1 and #2 podcast that I enjoy listening to. Everyone has different taste, but I wanted to suggest some if you're in the market for a good podcast to listen to. What are some of your favorite podcast? Let me know by commenting down below.
xoxo, Michele
