Nothing gets me more excited than transforming my apartment into a festive place. My parents always decorated for the holidays and remembering that as a kid, I knew I wanted to make my home one day a festive place. So from the months of September-January you can always come to my place if you're looking for a cozy and festive vibe.
I truly believe a little goes a long way and decorations are no exceptions to that. I live in a decent size apartment, not small, but not big by any means so small statement pieces are key. Most of the decor is in the living room and kitchen and most importantly, everything has to match. My taste is simple and I like when decor pieces look like they're coming from the same line. Does that even make sense? Oh well, hopefully it does. Today I'm sharing my favorite decor pieces online right now along with what I have in my apartment. Enjoy xo!
Candles
Fall candles are everything let's be honest. Nothing smells better than a sweet pumpkin candle. Everyone has their favorites you just have to get them while they're still available!
Pumpkins
What's funny is I dont like the taste of pumpkins. I'm not a pumpkin gal, but I love the way they look! I have several pumpkin decor pieces around my apartment!
Blankets & Pillows
Having a special "fall" or Halloween themed pillow and blanket set on your couch can add a very cozy vibe to your place.
Towels
I never knew how much I would love an oven towel set. That is my adult thing I have come to find about having my own place. I love switching up the towel set when the new holidays start to come up.
Lights
This one can be anything from a cute neon light to Christmas lights. I currently have orange and yellow lights in the living room to add not only a cozy but an on theme touch.
