I've shared my grocery haul + what I eat in a day with you all before, but today I'm sharing my favorite picks from Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's is one of the most popular grocery stores and there's always new products that come out that can be gone before you even get a chance to try it. I go grocery shopping (just about) every Sunday and when we do our main grocery trip we will actually do multiple stops to stock up on stuff. However, for the most part we just go to Aldi and Trader Joe's. Here are the items that we are constantly grabbing at Trader Joe's.

Cesar Salad Kits // Perfect for an easy lunch. I normally buy two each week and make 4 salads out of it!

Mexican Style Roasted Corn Corn // I bought this once and instantly regretted not buying ten of them. This corn mixture is to die for. I can eat this in two servings. It's the easiest thing to make and taste amazing. Add your own toppings and a tortilla for more flavor.

Chocolate Covered Bananas // Another great nibble of chocolate. Keep these in the freezer and grab 2-4 pieces (4 pieces is the serving size, talk about macro friendly) and you're set.

PB&J Chocolates // The perfect little bite of chocolate. We keep these in the fridge and go through them in a week. They're so good and the macros fit into our diets perfectly. 

Tuscan Pan Bread // I first saw this bread while watching Brooke Miccio's daily vlogs and though.. interesting. Once I saw the macros on it though it was totally doable and my favorite thing is to warm two slices up in the morning and add a garlic schmear to them, yum!

Caramel Apple Granola // A seasonal find for sure, but it's so good. Add some fruit and yogurt & you've got a quick and easy to-go breakfast.

Protein Shakes // This is my first time getting these, but what caught my attention because the macros are ridiculous. The protein is sooooo high and the carbs are soooo low. This is my ideal protein shake and I'm so excited to test these out, I just hope they taste good.

Pre-Prepped Items // One of the big reasons I love Trader Joe's is their pre-prepped sections. I normally stay away from these sections in the grocer store because 1) they're expensive and 2) they're not usually healthy–not at Trader Joe's though. These items are so perfect for a quick to-go lunch or last minute dinner. I picked up a California roll sushi, diced onions, lemon basil pasta and a Mexican style corn and quinoa salad kit.

Chile Spiced Mango // When we were in Los Angeles we saw the people who were selling fresh fruit with spices on them, I mean they were everywhere. I've never tried spices on fruit before but I saw these and wanted to try them really bad and let me tell you I was not disappointed. These are so good! I should have bought two bags.

Grilled Chicken // This wasn't for me..obviously..but this entire bag was only $6 and the macros are perfect. Super easy to cook dinner with especially when getting home late from work.

Dark Chocolate Orange Slices // I love TJ's little bagged chocolates as you can tell. This was a new item I picked up and I mean.. it's good. iF you like chocolate covered fruit.. it's good you'll like them!

Clif Bars // You can get these anywhere, but I just pick a couple up for myself as a great on-the-go snack. I assist with weddings on the weekends and these are the most easily accessible snacks to get.

Flowers & Cinnamon Brooms // TJ's has the best selection of flowers and for a totally reasonable price too. I always pick up a fresh bouquet and I also got the cinnamon boom sticks for the apartment! They make your place smell amazing!!
