In Transit No Traces PadsI have raved about the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray for a few years now. It's one of my all-time favorites. In my Fab Fit Fun box the past couple times I've received some other This Works products which has made me fall completely in love with this line. If I could use just this brand for the rest of my life, I would be very happy.
So let's talk about the products that I have tried.
This product is a must for my night stand. I've used other lavender based pillow sprays, but there is something so potent (in a good way) about the This Works brand that nothing else compares to it. I spray it on my blankets and my pillows and when I lay down in a whirlwind of that smell I'm instantly relaxed. Sure, maybe it does nothing and you don't want to spend $30 on a pillow spray–I get that. But maybe you'll be lucky like me and find a bottle at TJ Maxx for $12 or get one in your Fab Fit Fun Box (use my link for $10 off your first box–click here). Overall, I say you must try this product, you won't regret it.
Deep Sleep Body Cocoon Body Moisturizer
I first received this product in a Fab Fit Fun box a while back ago and I instantly loved it. It was another step to add to my nighttime ritual. It has the same scent as the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and when I used the lotion on my arms or legs, I literally felt like I was being wrapped up in a cocoon. The lotion has great quality to it–it's not sticky or too thick or too thin, but I will say it's more expensive than I care to spend on lotion. I shared this in another blog post, I don't purchase fancy lotions so even though I really like this product, I can't say it's something I'll repurchase over and over again.
I wish I could remember how I got this, but I got some travel sizes of this product and started to take them whenever I traveled places. I knew I loved this brand, so I figured I'd keep them and I'm glad I did. I really liked this shower gel. Now don't get me wrong, it didn't feel "cleaner" than if I used any other shower gel, I just liked the smell, but I don't think it's everyones cups of tea. It has a very acidic smell mixed with essential oils. It's supposed to have ingredients that help you naturally wake up (just like their deep sleep line is supposed to help you naturally fall asleep) and I really liked the product! I'd buy a full size bottle for sure!
Evening Detox Spray-On Exfoliant
Another product I was able to get my hands on thanks to Fab Fit Fun. If you're a FFF member then you know they offer sales with partner companies and This Works is one of those companies, so I get some great deals on products. This facial spray is a really good product and has good intentions behind it. I have noticed a differences in my skin the next morning when I use this product the night before. The downside of these products are that it's extremely sticky. I don't recommend using this right before bed, but rather ending your nighttime skincare with a few sprays of this. The next thing is that it's a facial spray. Okay, so hear me out. This is great to put on your face but the thing is when you spray it it's going to go all over your face–including your lips–which is fun for no one. This product would be more beneficial if it was a lotion or cream based product, because exfoliants are great for your skin and even better that it's an overnight product so it can work it's magic, but as a spray it's kind of messy and difficult to use.
Now for products that I want to try.
This Works Wake-Up Line has four products I really want to try. Staring with the This Works Morning Expert Open Eyes. It's an anti-blue light support that glides on to your under eyes. It's great for anti-wrinkles and dark circles and most jobs involves screens in some capacity so to know it's helping to fight blue light as well is a plus. Next is the Morning Expert Vitamin C Power Mask. This product would be great if you don't have to wear makeup to work or are currently working from home, because it's an all-day mask that contains Vitamin C and Jojoba Oil–two great ingredients for your skin! The Morning Expert Hyaluronic Serum is a more intense product for those days you really need a boost. Just like the Vitamin C mask it contains great ingredients, but the hyaluronic serum will help battle acne throughout the day too! Lastly, the Morning Expert Multi-Acid Pads, a great step two in your morning skincare routine. After you wash your face, you wipe the excess oils off with one of this pads and all those ingredients in this line will help to brighten your face and help you tackle the day!
This Works In Transit Line is something–that as a city gal–really called to me. The In Transit No Traces Cleansing Pads are perfect for those days you're on the go and can't quite clean (or clean up) like you want to, so pull put out one of these bad boys to get some of that grossness off your face immediately. Next is the In Transit Camera Close-Up Primer. I usually love my Smashbox primer, but I'd love to try this primer out! And lastly, the In Transit Spray On Pollution Shield, perfect to help defend the natural oils and dirt from outside from clogging your pores. Less to clean up throughout the day!
I also want to try out the This Works Stress Check Facial Oil because I love facial oils (more than lotions) and for someone who gets hormonal acne (caused by stress) I just think this product would be a must for me to test out.
Lastly, anything from the This Works Deep Sleep Collection. They have so many products and I think implementing them to my routine would make me so relaxed and really change the atmosphere of my nighttime routine. I really like the Deep Sleep Bath Soak, Deep Sleep Night Oil, Deep Sleep Breathe In Essential Oil and the Deep Sleep Heavenly Candle.
