November Recap

November was truly a really good month for me. I had a lot of fun with friends and family. Had so many wonderful days with my loving boyfriend (who spoiled me with Christmas decor shopping this month 😍), worked a lot on my blog and one of the biggest photography and graphic design projects of my life and spent the whole week of Thanksgiving in North Carolina with my family. It was a great month of self-reflection, doing things to make myself happy and truly nothing but happiness. I guess that's how it goes though, some months are good some are bad. Sometimes you get bad news and sometimes you feel like your'e on top of the world. Take note of those moments you feel on top of the world and chase those feelings. Highs & Lows

Highs: A lot of self reflection was done this month in the most positive way possible. I'm very happy to announce that I will be starting therapy in December. I'm starting to research different ones (and seeing what's covered under my insurance) and I honestly can't wait!!

Lows: You know what I'm kind of getting burned out by thinking of a low each month. I feel like my lows are all the same and maybe it's because we've been in this work from home/quarantine/social distance state for the past 6 months but I feel like every adulting thing is my constant low. Money, work and anxiety. What's new? Maybe my low is that I'm just sick of repeating the same lows.

Favorites

"Legacies" // I couldn't bring myself to start this show after The Vampire Diaries and The Originals ended. I wanted to, I just couldn't. So with all the time in the world, I finally decided to binge watch the two seasons out on Netflix and I am so happy I did. This show is so good. 

My Journal // This is constantly a favorite, but my boyfriend took me to Michael's and spoiled me with some new journaling supplies so I've been very into journaling again lately and just taking some time to focus on putting my thoughts and feelings on paper. I promise, a how I journal blog post is coming.

"The Originals" // Once I finished "Legaices" I really wanted to re-watch The Originals. Does anyone else have a huge crush on Daniel Gillies? Cause I do. 

Christmas Candles // Ah, nothing makes me happier then walking into my home and smelling Christmas all over the place! You know like Christmas trees, fresh baked cookies and peppermint. I love it!

Marianlella Body Oil // I got this in a FabFitFun box sometime ago and now that I'm running low on it, I'm sad. This is better than lotion and if anyone wants to get me a new bottle of this for Christmas I won't be mad about it 😉. Click here for $10 off your first FabFitFun box!

Mascara Wands // I had heard about this but never knew the actual address, you can send old mascara wands (after you've cleaned them) to wildlife conservations because they use them to clean little animals. Click here to read more!

People Sexiest Man Alive // It's very rare that I actually agree with this list, but Michael B. Jordan definitely has my vote 😍😍😍.

Halleykmcg TikTok // I finally joined in on TikTok and found Halley while scrolling through a thrifting trend. I quickly became obsessed with her because she works in fashion, was going to school in NYC and is from NOVA! So Halley if you ever see this can we be friends? K, thnx.

Emma Roberts Cosmo Cover // Emma Roberts is the first pregnant persona to be featured on the cover of Cosmo and we are here for it.

Animal Crossing Monopoly // I'm in an Animal Crossing Facebook group (don't judge) and someone shared that they created their own AC Monopoly and it is perfect!

The Vampire Diaries Season 3 // IS THIS REAL LIFE? Except none of the OG cast is coming back so I don't know how I feel about it. But like, still, had to share.
