Maternity Photo Shoot Ideas: All Natural

This had to have been the simplest photo shoot of them all because it was all natural. Ana's hair and makeup wasn't done, she was wearing a super casual outfit and more than anything I just kept her laughing. We were taking a bunch of photos that day, but because she had this natural glow I wanted to strip away all the other accessories and props. I wanted her to see how beautiful she was without all of that, so I had this idea to keep it simple and even if she never posted the photos, she had them for herself to look back on.

Tips for early maternity photo shoot: Keep photographing. Make the mom-to-be laugh and laugh some more. Don't be afraid to show off the little belly. Everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin, especially during this time, and even though we sat there laughing at tree vines most of the time (you had to be there), these simplistic photos turned out wonderful.
