Lizzie McGuire x ColourPop Collection

I never and I mean never buy makeup for myself. It's pretty rare when I'll drop $100+ on an entire makeup collection all for myself. I've purchased Colourpop collections for my friends before, but never to keep and use on my own. So when one of my favorite childhood television series got it's own collection I was beyond stoked!

That's right I'm talking about what my dreams are made of and that's Lizzie McGuire x ColourPop collection!! I had the alert set on my phone and everything for when this was collection released and purchased the entire thing with no regrets. So let's dive into the collection and my thoughts.

What Dreams Are Made Of Eyeshadow Palette

The names of the colors aside, this palette is beautiful. I don't typically like a lot of bright color eyeshadows, but this one has a great mixture of colors and neutrals to balance it out. When I did the color test on these photos the shadows were sooo pigmented and creamy!! I was honestly so shocked because I've used ColourPop products before and wasn't that impressed but I was very impressed with these colors and how many looks I can put together with just one palette.

Okay so these lip glosses are to–freaking–die for!! It brings me back to the 2000's instantly and it's like they are adult Lip Smackers because they are better quality and my hair doesn't stick to them. That being said these are I guess "flavored." They sort of taste like grape, watermelon, cherry and strawberry/vanilla a little bit. And a little goes a long way, you don't need as much as you think. They're also a little tinted, I'm not sure if the pigment just doesn't stick to me as much, but they definitely are tinted just FYI.

Bubblegum Pop Lippie Scrub

Okay, I'll be honest. This was not a product I cared too much to receive. I love a good lip scrub but bubblegum flavor?? I know this is a nostalgic thing but I didn't need the nostalgic flavor to it. It's still a great lip scrub and product, but it's the flavor for me...bleh. 

Dee-Lish! Pressed Powder Blush + You Are Magnifico Pressed Powder Blush

I am not a HUGE blush gal but these are freaking gorgeous. And again, a little goes a long way. One is more of a coral tone where as one is more of a pink tone so keep that in mind if you're trying to decide which one to purchase. Similar to the eyeshadow these were super soft and not "ashy" or "breaking" when I did the skin test.

WOW! Am I a glitter eyeshadow gal now!?!? I—just wow. These eyeshadow gels are so gorgeous!! It definitely took me a while to figure out how to get it just right, but once I did I easily became obsessed. I personally love the pink one, it's so pigmented and and flawless, I just love it.
