June was a busy month to say the least! We were moving but also our summer weekend jobs had started. I felt like the beginning of June kind of went by in a blur, but the second half of June was so much fun! So many wonderful things happened and I felt like my summer was truly starting to begin.
Highs: There were quite a handful of high points this month I almost don't know where to start. I scored in one of our soccer games and had an assist in the same game. It was so thrilling!! Oh, I saved a bird's life! Okay that sounds dramatic, but it's true. I was walking Oliver one day when we came across this bird in the middle of the road. It was still moving but it had blood coming from it's mouth and its leg was all crooked so I assumed it was broken. Luckily, it wasn't a busy road so I called animal control and was able to move the bird to a box for animal control to pick him up which they did and told me the bird was safe. Ugh my heart was so happy when I found out š„ŗ. My best friend got engaged!! I was honored to be asked to photograph the engagement and I am so happy for them. And my other best friend asked me to be apart of their wedding next year š. So many great things to look forward too!!
Lows: Okay, the most adult answer would be that my low point is that we are officially moved out of our Tyson's Corner home. I'm so sad to not have our own apartment anymore, but I know that there is an end goal in mind after this summer, so my boyfriend and I are buckling down and saving every last dollar! So, yes, not having our own place is a low, but the end goal will be a high point in the near future! But really, I'm super bummed because I lost one of my favorite earrings! My grandma got me this pair of earrings from Adina's Jewels last year for Christmas and I've worn them everyday since...except near the end of June one fell out and I haven't been able to find it so now I'm super upset and my ears feel naked without my everyday hoops ☹️.

Amazon Seemless Undies // I was in desperate need of some new undies so of course I went to Amazon. When I tell you that I purchased three packs of these bad boys I'm not exaggerating. These undies are not only super affordable but are better than any name brand undies I've purchased in the past years. Highly recommend.
Danielle Carolan Florida Vlogs // Okay, I have just been obsessed with Danielle's YouTube videos again. Her Florida content is giving me hopes for a fun and sunshine filled summer.

Bubba Cup with Straw // My boyfriend and I picked up some new "everyday" cups and I got the cutest blue color block pattern and it comes with a straw!!
Rick & Morty // My go-to show lately and season 5...š¤Æ
Olivia Rodrigo "Sour" Album // It's very rare that I like a majority of songs on an album, but Olivia Rodrigo killed it with her first album. Her vocals are insane, her emotions are clear in her lyrics and I honestly can't wait to see what else she comes out with.
Pool Days // Since we moved back home that means we have full access to my parent's pool. I have loved working by the pool this month and working on my tan. Follow me on Instagram @michelekatsaris for more real-time posts!
Chic-Fil-A Breakfast // I know this sounds odd coming from a vegetarian but the Chic-Fil-A breakfast has been my latest obsession. I just get the hashbrowns, but the iced coffee is truly life changing. I don't know what kind of addictive drug they put in this thing but yum!
Mystery Toys // Okay yes, this obsession totally started because of TikTok, but I'm not ashamed!! I started getting into these videos of people opening the mystery toys or Disney mystery pins which I thought was a total waste of money at first...but now I totally get it. I recently got a couple Lilo & Stitch Mystery Pins as well as the Blue Clue's toys and the Monopoly pieces. My boyfriend has completely spoiled me and this obsession recently but the key is to only buy ones where you'll like all—or at least most—of the options!! The Monopoly boxes are our favorites so far because we can use those with our actual Monopoly games. Be sure to watch my TikTok videos (yeah, I'm that person now) of us opening these mystery toys.
Weighted Stitch Plush // My boyfriend bought me my very own weighted Stitch plush from Shop Disney—after I bugged him about it for weeks—and let me tell you, this is the best thing to be invented ever!! I loved my weighted blanket, but it was too heavy and not as easy to move when I needed it. This plush is perfect and I totally feel the effects of it and why the "weight" is good for people with anxiety. I can't recommend this product enough, 10/10 worth every penny.
The Bold Type // The Bold Type is back baby!!! Jane freaking inspires me in so many ways, I feel like there's a Tiny Jane inside of me waiting to burst out! I'm so bummed this is the last season though š.
Soccer // I have fallen in love with my favorite sport yet again. My friends and I have been playing for the past few years on an adult league (click here to read the blog post about it) but we decided to play 8v8 for the summer and let me tell you—it's so much fun! I think I enjoy it more than playing full field. I have been killing it in midfield (because I don't have to run as much) and our second to last game in June I even scored a goal and had an assist š. SO MUCH FUN!
