Let's be honest‚ the best gift you could ever give someone is chocolate. It goes with every holiday: Valentine's Day, 4th of July, birthdays and of course...Christmas. But some people don't always like peppermint and sometimes people might indulge a little too much. That's why I'm so excited to share with you a product I recently learned about and can't get enough of: MoodyGirl Chocolate!
Let's talk about why MoodyGirl is on everyone's must-have this holiday season. This chocolate is made for women by women. Which means not only does it taste like a luxurious dessert we love, but the ingredients used focus on helping with PMS and different mood swings. All MoodyGirl chocolate is organic, vegan, paleo, soy, gluten and refined sugar free. The cacao is Rainforest Alliance Certified and sustainably grown.
Let's break down each flavor. The original chocolate bar "Monthly Mood" is a mood boosting and muscle relaxation treat. Made with Vitamin B6 to support an increase in dopamine and serotonin, Magnesium to support muscle relaxation and cramping during PMS this OG dark chocolate bar is the top choice at checkout.
The "Libido Lover" is a raspberry treat! This bar supports hormone balancing and supports stamina and energy. Macarenas is a powerful adaptogen used to support overall hormone balance, boost energy and stamina. And yes the reason it has its name is because it is a libido support—made with goat weed to increase blood flow and overall sexual function.
My personal favorite is the "Chill Out" mint and chip flavored bar. This chocolate bar supports stress reduction and improves muscle relaxation. Made with Magnesium and Ashwagandha to support the body and mind in stress reduction. Magnesium is also an essential mineral that supports muscle relaxation. This is by far my favorite because I take just the perfect bite to curve those late night cravings but also chills me out right before bed.
And finally, the "Moody Matcha" which supports brain energy, increases focus and supports increase in athletic performance. Matcha contains L-theanine and caffeine and when paired together they improve brain energy and performance. Eat some of this chocolate bar when in need of an energy boost!
Stocking stuffers are one of my most favorite things to buy. My boyfriend, our dog and I all having stockings and we fill them to the max of goodies for one another. I think it's cause my parents always did that for my brother and I growing up so stocking at the end of the opening presents was just always something I looked forward to. If you're looking for smaller items or stocking stuffers here's what I have my eye on for the year!

Much like your parents—your significant other can be one of the hardest people to shop for. It's because you want to give them a present that shows how you feel, but that's easier said than done. I always opt out for an experience over a physical present, things such as a weekend getaway or a cooking class! But there are definitely a few items that my boyfriend inspired and hopefully yours will love too!
As close as I am to my parents, it's always extremely hard to buy gifts for them. It's simply because I want to give them the world, but on a $100 budget somehow 🤦🏼♀️. I definitely suggest giving your parents something more experience based than just another product to clutter up their house. Things like couple massages or even booking a weekend getaway from there can be super special. But if you do need something to wrap I've collected some items down below that both parents will llove!

If you're in the market for some affordable and high quality journaling supplies, I highly suggest SheIn. All of this cost me just $! Michael's could never (but also I love you Michaels 😍).
Besides my own Christmas Wishlist, my second favorite Christmas Wishlist to put together is one for my dog, and your dog, and your cat and any other pet you might have! Shopping for your fur baby is so much fun and any pet would love one (or multiple) of these gifts.
Secret Santa can be such a fun thing that a group of friends do. You make a whole party out of it and the guessing game of who got who is extremely laughable. But let's say you're a little stuck on what to get. You want to give a good gift, but also have to stay within the budget? I've got you covered!
I love shopping for my friends! I really love finding these unique pieces or home gadgets they didn't know existed and gifting it to them. Did they know they needed an air fryer or Rick & Morty themed Monopoly—well now they do! Enjoy my list of gifts for your bffs!

This has to be one of my favorite post because I basically get to do online shopping without actually the shopping. Which makes no sense, but that's why I keep an ongoing Wish List board on my Pinterest. I even made a couple TikToks about Christmas gift guides so be sure to check them out!

I've been very opening about my journaling journey on the blog and have opened up about how much it has helped me with my anxiety and mental health. It's literally become my therapist when I'm in between therapy sessions and I'm very grateful that I've found a creative outlet that helps me organize my thoughts and feelings. With that being said, I have been not the best at journaling these past few months. I've talked a little bit about how this second half of the year hasn't been the best for me and I know that journaling will help me, I just haven't been able to "get in the mood" so to say. And that's the thing with journaling—you have to be in the right headspace but when all I want to do when I get home from my hour and half commute is cuddle with my dog it's hard to be in that headspace.
So I decided to finally get something to organize my journaling supplies because it was seriously getting out of hand and spilling out of the one box I have. I also did another SheIn Journal Supplies Haul (click here to see part one and click here to see part two). Having some new journaling supplies and prompts I wanted to create has really inspired me and I'm glad that I'm getting back into the swing of things. Since I'm getting back into it, I wanted to show you all how I organize my journal supplies in my new keepsake box that I got from Michael's earlier this month!

Halloween and spooky season are officially over. I feel like October was over in like two days. But nonetheless we were able to pull off some cute and (I think) creative last minute costumes for this past weekend.
Leggings | Booties | T-Shirt | Butterfly Hair Clips | Makeup
For our friend's last minute Halloween party my boyfriend and I wanted to spend little to no money for this. It was a cocktail themed party so we ended up spending more money on our cocktails then out costumes 😂 (as it should be). I worked with what I already had in my closet and most importantly I wanted to be comfy! I have this pumpkin t-shirt from SheIn and thought..hmm this with faux leather leggings and a ton of glitter? PUMPKIN FAIRY🎃🧚🏼♂️! I basically added a lot of glitter makeup and butterfly clips for my hair. Then at the dollar store I got a glow stick wand (every fairy needs a wand, duh) and I found these pumpkin glow in the dark bracelets there too! It was perfect. The cocktail I made to go with my costume was a "pumpkinrita" which was basically a spicy margarita with a glitter sugar rim and the pumpkin candies (these ones linked here) inside.
My boyfriends costume is the one I am the most proud of however. He was struggling on what to be and again the mindset was "why spend a lot of money?" So I thought about what he already had in his closet and what brings him joy. My boyfriend loves memes so I thought what if we print a bunch of memes and glue them to a shirt? Then we got deeper and said, "What if YOU were meme?" We knew we had something, but the remaining question was: Which meme? It had to be something everyone recognized and it had to be funny. I don't know what you call the meme where the guy is holding a cardboard sign that says something that is totally true and attacks everyone, but that's the meme he was. We made three cardboard signs that had hilarious sayings on them, but the reason we had one calling out our friend is because she used this exact meme in her invite where she said "no half-ass costumes" yet her herself was just a basic witch 😂. Then for his cocktail he was inspired by the Leonardo DiCaprio with the martini glass meme. In my opinion he had the best costume of the night. But neither of us had the best cocktails 🤢😂.
Sweater | Skirt | Shoes | Watch
Then for actual Halloween night it was my niece's first Halloween so the whole family got together and had a bonfire while we passed out candy. I thought of a very last minute costume which was a Pokémon trainer! We always joke that my pet hamster is like my own Pikachu and I've always been obsessed with Pokémon and Pikachu so it made sense! I wanted just one more item like a Pokéball or something so we went to Wal-Mart and I found this kids LED Pokémon watch with the original 4 on the wrist band, it was too cute and for only $7 I had to have it. I wore this Pikachu sweater that was already in my closet along with a white tennis skirt and then I have this 90's Pikachu toy so the whole look just came together. Then I added my Pocket Pikachu to the look and it was complete!
I also knew my niece was going to be a bat so I quickly ran over to their house to complete the Pokémon trainer look by catching my very own Zubat 🥺 (IYKYK). Side note: To see her 12 days of Halloween go follow my SIL on TikTok @anakatsaris!
