Let Me Reintroduce Myself

Since my blog has been rebranded and I started to gain some new followers on TikTok, I wanted to reintroduce myself. This post isn’t going to be lengthy or anything like that, I’ll keep it simple, but I did want to introduce myself to any new readers here 💕.

Hi! My name is Michele, with one “L.” I’m from Northern Virginia, but I’m currently living in Orlando, Florida.

Growing up I was involved in a lot of different activities including soccer, yearbook, and theater. From yearbook class, I found my passion in editorial design and knew I always wanted to work in the publishing industry. After high school, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University to pursue that dream but quickly found that VCU didn’t have what I was looking for. So I transferred and received my bachelor’s degree at Old Dominion University.

While I finished my bs I had a handful of internships and jobs that really opened my eyes to the online digital world. I really learned the power of social media and how you can sort of create your own world online. That’s when this blog was created! I wasn’t sure how or what it was going to turn into, but I just knew I wanted to have an “online diary” so to say because I love sharing about my life. As time went on I realized that being an adult (when your heart is still a kid) is scary and hard and complicated. Before I knew it I was sharing stories about “adulting” and things that I really had to learn on my own through trial and error.

I worked for an international publication for the past few years where I was able to interview some of my favorite influencers, performers, and actors. Though I sort of hit my glass ceiling at that job, it gave me the opportunity to accomplish one of my lifelong goals of having a byline in a national (this case INTERnational) magazine 😄 and for that, I will always be grateful.

I love exploring fashion and traveling to new places, and I am obsessed with my dog Oliver. I’ve moved around quite a bit and now I’m a homeowner in Florida starting my own rental company!
