Since I came out with the rebrand, I wanted to dive a little deeper into the history of my blog and brand. I started my blog on a free Wix website back in 2012/2013. I was really looking for something after MySpace had disappeared and Facebook wasn’t cutting it. I wanted something more customizable and personal. 

This gift guide was an obvious one I had to make this year given that Mickey Mouse is my next-door neighbor. I love Disney—as most people do—and I have found some of the coolest and most unique items for you to give your Disney-obsessed person for Christmas this year.

During this mini break from blogging, I had to fill my time somehow. Because juggling multiple jobs, playing on a soccer team, hanging out with family and friends, having two pets, and volunteering at the animal shelter just left my calendar wide open 😅. 

A couple years ago for my birthday, I wrote this blog post: 27 Things I Like About Myself and it had some bittersweet responses. Sweet because it’s one of my most popular blog posts SEO-wise! Bitter because that means people are Googling the phrase “things I like about myself” and my post is what they’re finding. It makes me sad that people don’t know what they don’t like about themselves, but I hope that my blog post gave me solace and reassurance that it’s okay to love things about yourself because everyone is different and unique and deserves to have self-love and confidence ❤️️.
